hello!

ahhh okayy,u guys know what? Ive been tryna post tdi..but the post came up blank.and then all the text i wrote just now,JUST VANISH! Whatta heck! If this were my assignments wah,maybe i would go berserk tdi!!

Tapi fortunately,and luckily,it was only a post! =.=' sooo,no biggy,THIS time.

Okay just now i was posting bout me waking up early and ate fried chicken for my breakfast.haha sounds super lame tho' hehe..*maybe thats y blog's admin decided to ate my text just now* JK :p pfftt..

Dad woke up early tdi,and been cooking fried chicken for the whole family breakfast..*i know,fried chix in the morning seems to be a very heavy meal for breakfast* but skali skala its ok jua kn..y not :p

anyway,yess we eat before we do our house chores,to gain energy bh.heheh..not all of us could focus doing things with an empty stomach right?..haha and yeah,u dont have to compare of how u live with how we live our life tho.. :p percuma ja skit pala mikirkan.hehe,btw readers,everytime u have ur breakfast,u drink a glass of water kn?alum?dont forget to drink your glass of water jua k.since it gave u alot of advantages,y not kn?senang aperr,eventho u have coffee,tea,and other yummy flavoured drinks infront of u,minum lu air suam.

u have been blessed with a wonderful meal tonite,yet u neva feel grateful for what u just ate..and u never thank Allah for the rezeki..

But,theres other yg berlapar tidur dluar,and would be grateful even if they could only eat just a pinch of rice?but still thank Allah? :(

we may be blessed with laughter and happiness...today and tonite..

Si manang vs si kalah

hello guys :)) tdi i heard something interesting bh arh radio,pelangi fm.segmen motivasi x if nda salah ku..something about 'manang and kalah' ..

This motivator said that no matter what status and career we're in,all of us kna control oleh si manang and si kalah..cematulah rasaku apa yg ku dgr tdi :p ( ok,,i wasnt actually listening bnr2 plang but i get what the motivater tryna point out) :p hehe

maksudnya cmani,in our life,wujud si manang and si kalah..si manang ani,penghapus negatif di minda tni and make our life better and ceria everyday (nda putus2 berusaha untuk hidup)..meanwhile c kalah ne,c negative thinker,making our day slow,and malas untuk berusaha(something like that lah) :p

so knowing this,should we let c kalah take control of our day?? Ofcoz not kn? I would want c manang take control in every single day of my life eh.kompom ia ku pilih 100%! how bout u? Hehe :p

U guys,menguruskan bdn ane memang pyh,bkn payah apa,ne pyh membuang rasa malas kan senaman ah :p..diet pills byk plang tu.ganya,side effects nya byk..so dsini,i want to share with u guys 3 fun ways to burn 100 calories.bnr!so easy! 3 simple steps ja yg patut diamal kan,dijamin enjoyable!plus it takes about half an hour or so. :)) want to know how? Lets read below!


1. Break out the skipping rope and jump rope for 8 mins.

2. Twist for 22 minutes with the hula hoop!

3. Play WII tennis for 13 minutes.

DRINK around the clock

You know water is an essential part of your diet,tpi adakah u guys tahu?timing minum atu memainkan peranan penting jua?timing is believed to maximise the effectiveness of water in the human body..

At 0700 : drinking two glasses the moment you wake up will help activate your internal organs and boost blood ciculation.

At 0800 : take a glass 30 min before breakfast to help digestion.

At 1200 : likewise down one before lunch.

At 1400 : one glass about every hour or so will help refresh the mind and body.

At 1900 : drink another glass before dinner.

At 2100 : one glass before taking a bath helps lower blood pressure.

At2300 : before calling it a day,drink another glass to replenish water loss during sleep.

i love to participates in walkathon..but if it is a marathon,race or watever,,alah th ku tu.hehe..anyway walk a little can make u healthy..even if meraun2 halaman rumah tu.it burns calorie jua..but if u want to burn more calories,better u guys jog or walk kelilling kg. :)) bring ur friends or relative.becerita sepanjang jln smbil bjln kaki.u wouldn realise tu yg kmu smpai kumah.siuk2 berjalan and update stories with friends,u could also lose a few kg.

Speaking of walkaton or jogging,u guys should know the anatomy of good running shoes.ane supaya nda kmu sangal2 and pacah2 tapak kaki kmu.bcause,if we wear the wrong shoes,tani automatically mau blik awl,ambil jln pintas and nda jdi kn jogging,sal kaki nda selesa.so nda tia u guys dpt kurang kn a few kg ariatu.

Here i'll be giving u guys the tips for wearing the right shoes :)) sharing are caring.hopefully this will help.

1. Check that there is enough padding at the tounge to protect the top of the feet against pressure from laces,and at the back to prevent rubbing and irritation against the achilles tendon.

2. A light,breathable material on the cover reduces heat from inside.

3. The outsole should be durable and provide enough traction for the type of running condition.

4. The heel counter controls motion at the rear so it shoul be firm and inflexible.

5. The midsole provide s cushioning,stabilityand absorbs most of the impact on the ground.the shape of feet (normal,flat,high arch) will determine which of these features are most important.

6. The toebox must be deep enough to accomodate the height of your toes and should follow the same shape as your foot.

Topic Sigup dsna sini

Sigup sigup sigup,government have been rising the prices of cigarsss msani,and bcause of this sudden raise,smokers are expressing their positive and negative opinions bout it.eventho i dont smoke,but i would like to express some point of view jua to this topic :))

klu dfikir kan,i think it is the right thing to do.raising the prices of cigarss will prevent students and young people from buying it..lain lah if durang kna lanja.thats another story.

since the goverment never said that they banned people from smoking,people shud not be angry laa,kira masuk akal jua tu.durg menaikkan hrga nya sja..if sanggup,bali ja and smoke.if nda snggup,beranti..the government inda force people.

And anyway if u guys want to quit smoking,just seek some help from the 'klinik berhenti merokok' .. I saw one of the branch in anggerek desa kali..i went there cuz my fiancee's mom attending her appointment at the same floor.
While we were waiting for mami's name to be called out,sampat lagi ku explore the floor.hehe..syg jua kna lakat2 poster di dinding tu kn?so i read lah byk2..then while i was busy reading the posters,i came across a white board,full of writings and signatures.at first i thought org sna malas kn padam kali,but then,udh ku baca2,rupa2nya testimonial urg2 ex-smokers kali.maybe durg undertreatment x kan?then bila lulus,they were given the honor to record their moments on the white board.hehe,ada yg buat 'smoking are bad' 'why smoke?' and etc etc then under it,their signature xxxx and names..

I guess berkesan kali treatment durang tu.i also saw a box,mcm tempat kutak mengundi,(yg biasa tani liat2 tu)p instead of papers,i saw kutak2 sigup didalam nya.kira urg undertreatment atu membuang sigup durg lah dlm tu and langkah2 kmajuan lah udh tu..bsai lah klinik tu.if somebody want to quit,p pyh,try ja ksna k.:))

Okayy here goes the lame intro part lol..im reena jeffry,and ure viewing MY point of view in and on, everything that i do.*well minus the personal stuffs lah* :p

im here yet again in another new blog,bragging on and on non stop! using my very broken english,posting in blogspot.com,to annoy or to share my view bout something.and still maintain the awesomeness tho.lol.*doesnt make sense at all* whatta heck. :p

anyway u gotta get to noe me,im very friendly an easy going.i accept my friend for who they are.no need to be cool.no need to impress me,we're friends base on honesty and sincere.but if u choose to be enemies,its k.ur choice.
