Anatomy of good running shoes

i love to participates in walkathon..but if it is a marathon,race or watever,,alah th ku tu.hehe..anyway walk a little can make u healthy..even if meraun2 halaman rumah tu.it burns calorie jua..but if u want to burn more calories,better u guys jog or walk kelilling kg. :)) bring ur friends or relative.becerita sepanjang jln smbil bjln kaki.u wouldn realise tu yg kmu smpai kumah.siuk2 berjalan and update stories with friends,u could also lose a few kg.

Speaking of walkaton or jogging,u guys should know the anatomy of good running shoes.ane supaya nda kmu sangal2 and pacah2 tapak kaki kmu.bcause,if we wear the wrong shoes,tani automatically mau blik awl,ambil jln pintas and nda jdi kn jogging,sal kaki nda selesa.so nda tia u guys dpt kurang kn a few kg ariatu.

Here i'll be giving u guys the tips for wearing the right shoes :)) sharing are caring.hopefully this will help.

1. Check that there is enough padding at the tounge to protect the top of the feet against pressure from laces,and at the back to prevent rubbing and irritation against the achilles tendon.

2. A light,breathable material on the cover reduces heat from inside.

3. The outsole should be durable and provide enough traction for the type of running condition.

4. The heel counter controls motion at the rear so it shoul be firm and inflexible.

5. The midsole provide s cushioning,stabilityand absorbs most of the impact on the ground.the shape of feet (normal,flat,high arch) will determine which of these features are most important.

6. The toebox must be deep enough to accomodate the height of your toes and should follow the same shape as your foot.
