U guys,menguruskan bdn ane memang pyh,bkn payah apa,ne pyh membuang rasa malas kan senaman ah :p..diet pills byk plang tu.ganya,side effects nya byk..so dsini,i want to share with u guys 3 fun ways to burn 100 calories.bnr!so easy! 3 simple steps ja yg patut diamal kan,dijamin enjoyable!plus it takes about half an hour or so. :)) want to know how? Lets read below!
1. Break out the skipping rope and jump rope for 8 mins.
2. Twist for 22 minutes with the hula hoop!
3. Play WII tennis for 13 minutes.
